By using ClipClap, you agree to these terms. This is a working draft for the private-beta period; a full version will replace it before public launch.
Beta status
ClipClap is provided "as is" during the beta period. Features may change, data may need to be migrated, and downtime may occur as we iterate. We'll give you reasonable notice for anything material.
Your account
- You're responsible for the security of your login credentials
- Don't share your account; invite teammates through the proper flow
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
Your content
- You retain ownership of all content you create or upload
- You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the service for you
- You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload
Acceptable use
Don't use ClipClap to:
- Violate any law or third-party right
- Store malicious code, illegal content, or material you don't have rights to
- Attempt to disrupt the service or access accounts you don't own
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without written permission
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, we'll provide a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipClap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Maintain your own backups of anything critical.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice with at least 14 days' notice.
